Build It & They Will Come! Not Going To Happen…

Have you seen the movie “Field of Dreams” with Kevin Costner where he built a baseball pitch when he was told “build it and they will come”?

Sadly, in the online world, this is so far from the truth. Yet businesses build websites and expect magically to appear on the first page of Google.

This just does not happen today!

More than 10 years ago now, when we started our Digital Marketing Agency, a local business with a bit of focus could get themselves on the first page of Google and some even managed to get to one of the top 3 spots.

Most customers want 3 quotes for services or products, so getting into one of those spots is gold. The local map pack is now where it’s at and getting your business listed in the map pack could be the one thing that makes or breaks your business.

Today, without an SEO company working for your business, you will simply not be found on Google on the first page.
